Respect for Other Guests
If there are other guests at the hostel, please be quiet after 10pm and before 8am. If you are renting the entire flat, this does not apply to you.

Cleanliness
Clean up after yourself and wash your dishes. Please leave personal belongings in your room, unless they are food items or you are using the items. Please do not leave your personal items all over the hostel common areas.

Prices
The price will include accommodations for your # of guests, plus a 7% Montana Bed Tax.

Booking Confirmation & Deposit
Payment due in full at time of booking.

Cancellation of Booking
By making your booking, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions:
Cancellations made more than 14 days notice will receive a full refund, minus a 3.49% credit card fee or a 3.49% Paypal fee (depending on how you paid)
Cancellations made in less than 14 days, will receive 50% return on reservation cost, minus a 3.49% credit card fee or a 3.49% Paypal fee (depending on how you paid)

Non-availability of Accommodation
We would only cancel your stay if your accommodation was unavailable for reasons beyond our control.

Number of Guests
You are required to state your number of guests while booking. If additional guests are added to your reservation you are required to notify us prior to your arrival. Price adjustments may need to be made as well as roll-away beds prepared. If you are renting a room only (not the entire property), only 2 guests per room are permitted, unless specified. If you are renting the entire property, there are additional charges for over 6 guests. Per fire code, we can sleep no more than 9 people.

Smoking
This is a non-smoking establishment inside the property. Smoking outside the apartment is acceptable as long as ash trays are used for cigarette butts and outside smoke not bothersome to others.


Pets
We do not allow pets inside the property or on the property.

Use of Laundry Facilities
Washer and dryer are available for your use. We will need to use the washer and dryer between the hours of 11am - 3pm for linen washing. Also, early use and late night use is not allowed so people can sleep. Therefore, the laundry room hours are 8am - 11am and 3pm - 10pm. If you are renting the entire property, these hours do not apply to you and your group.


Arrival
Your accommodation will be available to you at 3:00pm on the day of arrival, unless otherwise arranged. We may not be able to accommodate you if you arrive earlier than the agreed time, as we will be busy preparing the property.

Checkout
Please vacate property by 11am, unless otherwise arranged. You may leave bedding on beds. Your dishes should be washed.


Damages and Breakages
Please take care when staying at our property. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you cause to the accommodation or its contents. We ask is that you do report any incidents if they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we may charge you for repair or if the damage or breakage is significant.


Liability
We are not responsible for any damage, loss or theft to you and your parties items in our property or outside the property. We are not responsible for any injury to you or any member of your party, while in or outside our property.
